PISTACHIO COCONUT COOKIES 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Mix all ingredients together; blend well. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
