STRAWBERRY TRIFLE 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sliced bananas
1/4 c. orange juice
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sliced strawberries
2 c. (1/2 inch pieces) pound cake cubes
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; combine cold water with enough ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups; add to Jello, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in strawberries and bananas.

Place cake cubes in large bowl (a glass one is pretty); sprinkle them with orange juice. Spoon Jello mixture over cake. Chill 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened. Meanwhile, pour milk into a bowl; add pudding mix and beat with wire whip, rotary beater, or electric mixer at lowest speed until blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand a few minutes to thicken; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into bowl over Jello. Chill. Garnish with additional whipped topping and berries, if desired.
