Select the type of ribs that you are about to prepare, be it beef or pork, and par-boil with a pinch of salt for approximately 1/2 hour. At the same time prepare the BBQ Sauce below or purchase your favorite store-bought sauce. The ribs can be cooked in the broiler or grilled on your outdoor BBQ grill. Start by placing the ribs on the grill with 1-2 inches between each piece of meat, turning frequently and brushing the ribs with the sauce as desired. Serve with additional sauce in small bowls. BBQ SAUCE: 2 c. catsup 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. |
