KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
1 (6 qt.) basket pickles
7 qts. water
10 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salt, prefer dill
Garlic

Place scrubbed pickles and dill on bottom of crock. Add garlic and pickles. Layer dill, garlic and pickles until all pickles are used up. Add salt water to cover. Place flat dish on top with a weight keeping pickles in brine. Good in 15 days. Use plenty of dill and garlic.
