1 c. butter 2 heaping tsp. cocoa 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. cake flour 2 c. chopped pecans Melt butter with cocoa. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Stir in cake flour and pecans. Bake in 12"x9"x2" pan (which has been greased with butter) at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover at once with 1 large bag of miniature marshmallows. Run back in oven for 5 minutes. ICING: 1 stick butter 2 tsp. cocoa 1 pkg. confectioners' sugar, sifted Mix melted butter with cocoa. Add sifted confectioners' sugar. Add just enough evaporated milk to right consistency to spread over marshmallows. Works better if you pour slowly over the marshmallows. Cool well before cutting. |
