BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 c. shredded red cabbage
1 sm. sliced red onion (to taste)
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins

MARINADE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise (no cholesterol)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar

Toss salad ingredients with dressing (be skimpy with dressing, you can always add more) at least 2 hours before serving.
