BARBECUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
2 cans refrigerator biscuits
Shredded cheese

Brown ground beef; drain excess fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Flatten biscuit into a larger circle. Fit biscuit into a greased muffin tin. Fill with barbecue mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with grated cheese. Return to oven briefly to melt cheese.
