FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1-2 bunches fresh spinach, washed, drained & cut
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
2 hard boiled eggs
1/3 c. chopped green onions
4-6 sliced mushrooms

Combine above.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion

Shake dressing thoroughly and add to salad just before serving. Keep left over dressing refrigerated.
