lettuce (very dry)
2 carrots*
1 c. green peas*
2 c. celery*
some cucumber, cut up*
some green pepper, cut up*
tomatoes, cut up*
3 hard-boiled eggs
mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
onion salt
Cheddar cheese, grated
Bac*Os

Mix together mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice. Shred lettuce in bottom of 9 x 12 oblong casserole. Cook and drain 2 carrots and add peas. Layer all ingredients as desired on top of lettuce, sprinkling with onion salt. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of all (like icing) and cover to edges. Add cheese and Bac*Os on top. Saran Wrap tightly. Chill. *Any of these are optional; make do with what you have.
