HAM AND POTATO BAKE | |
2 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced thin 2 c. cooked, diced ham 1 med. onion, sliced or diced 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup 1/2 c. skim milk In a non-stick 8" square baking pan arrange in layers: potatoes, ham and onion. In a small bowl, blend soup and milk, pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. VARIATION: Use 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey in place of ham. Serves 4. |
