3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring

TOPPING:

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Grease baking dish. Mix ingredients well; pour in dish. Cover with topping.

TOPPING: Mix all 4 ingredients well. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (until casserole is slightly browned; may take a little longer).
