Family size round steak
1-2 cans of sauerkraut

Lay round steak flat on table and then spread sauerkraut over it. Next roll up like a jelly roll and tie. Place steak roll into roaster and cover. Cook on 350 degrees for 4 hours. You don't have to add water as the sauerkraut makes its own. Makes round steak very tender.
