CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 whole chicken
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. enchilada sauce
12 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. flour tortillas
3-4 green onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Remove chicken from bones and dice. Combine chicken with cream cheese and chopped onion. Spoon chicken mixture into tortilla and roll up. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
