CANNED SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
9 c. peeled tomatoes
24 oz. tomato paste
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cook all ingredients in a heavy pan to desired consistency. Process in canner 20 minutes/pints; 30 minutes/quarts. Suggested uses: pizza sauce, casseroles, any Italian dishes.
