CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 c. chopped cabbage 1 can tomato soup 1 c. water Mix tomato soup and water together. Saute meat and onion. Place 3 cups of cabbage in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with meat mixture, top with remaining cabbage. Pour soup mixture over top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
