PECAN FINGERS | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. water 1/4 c. powdered sugar 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. pecans, finely chopped Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla and water. Add flour, salt and chopped nuts. Chill about one hour - form into small rolls about the size of a finger. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. |
