MONTEREY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
2 tbsp. onions or 1 sm. one
3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
2 cans tomato sauce
2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
4 c. Nacho cheese tortilla chips

Cook beef in skillet 5 minutes until crumbly and light in color. Add onions, salt, tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Place 3 cups tortilla chips in casserole. Sprinkle cheese over the above and top with cheese. Put in oven at 300 degrees. Cook until cheese is melted.
