2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients together and beat 20 minutes. Do not underbeat. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
