DELICATE SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions, adding butter and 1/2 cup sugar when adding the egg called for in package directions. Cover; allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 30-45 minutes. Knead lightly on a floured surface several times until dough is no longer sticky. Roll or press out with fingers to fit a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Place in pan. Mix together sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over surface of dough. Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 30-45 minutes. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 35-45 minutes or until edges are browned. Allow to cool at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
