SUGARLESS STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/3 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello, SUGARLESS
1 qt. strawberries
10 packets Equal
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
Red food coloring

Mix cornstarch with cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until thick and clear. Remove form heat; add Jello, food coloring (if desired) and 5 packets of Equal. Set aside to cool. Slice berries into baked pie shell and sprinkle 5 packets Equal over top. Pour cooled Jello mixture over berries. Chill. Serve with dollop of whipped cream.
