IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 2 tbsp. butter 1 can evaporated milk 2 eggs 1 can pumpkin (16 oz.) 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice 2 tsp. vanilla Blend all in blender 1 minute. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate, 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees or grease muffin pan. Makes 24 muffin size pumpkin pies. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
