2 c. broccoli and cauliflower
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 green pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Ground beef, chicken, or turkey, bite size

Add broccoli and cauliflower to boiling water (cover until almost tender, about 5 minutes; drain thoroughly.) Mix first 4 ingredients with salt and meat. Beat Bisquick, milk, and eggs together until smooth; pour into pie pan. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees until knife comes out clean in center of pie. Bake 35-40 minutes.
