PECAN PRALINES 
1 (4 serving size) regular vanilla pudding mix
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans

Combine pudding mix and sugars; stir in milk. Bring to a bull boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add vanilla. Beat 3 minutes (do not over beat). Should be shinny when dropped, not dull. Stir in nuts. Drop on wax paper. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Makes 24.
