IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
3/4 c. cheese, grated
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breast filets
5 to 6 slices bread, toasted
1/4 lb. butter

Melt butter; add garlic salt, pepper, parsley and cheese. Dip chicken into melted butter, then roll in the bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
