APPLE JELLY 
7 c. apple juice
9 c. sugar
1 box pectin
Whole spices if desired

Pour juice in large pan, add pectin and spices if used. Bring to a boil and add sugar all at once. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim off foam and pour into jars. Adjust caps and process in a boiling water bath 10 minutes. Makes 10 cups.
