CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
1 lg. hen, salted & cooked
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, broken up
2 cans mushroom soup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped fine

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Boil hen in large 5 quart pan and remove. Cook spaghetti in broth. Add 2 cans mushroom soup. Stir in green pepper and onion and chopped up chicken. Cook 10 minutes.

Make White Sauce: butter, flour and milk. Add Velveeta cheese and cook until melted. Add to spaghetti mixture. Cook 10 minutes.

Pour into 2 (9" or 10") pans. Cover with butter pans. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
