TUNA ROLL-UPS AND MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 tbsp. fine chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 (7 oz.) tuna
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
Mushroom sauce, your choice

Cook onion in butter until golden. Add next 6 ingredients and heat through. Add mayonnaise. Prepare biscuit mix according to package. Roll into 12 x 8 rectangle 1/4 inch thick and cut six 4 inch squares. Brush each with melted butter. Place tuna mixture and roll like jelly roll. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes. Top with mushroom sauce.
