CRABMEAT FETTUCINI | |
2 c. cooked egg noodles 1 c. light cream (half and half) 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 8 oz. pkg. crabmeat (steam baked Alaskan fish), cooked as directed on pkg. In 2 quart casserole dish, stir in light cream, sour cream, melted butter, green onions, and garlic powder. Cook full power 5 minutes. Stir in hot noodles and sliced crabmeat. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Serve with French or garlic bread. Green peas. |
