STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries, stems removed
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
A baked pie shell

Put half of strawberries in baked pie shell. Put the rest in a pan with the sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thick. Pour over berries in pie shell. Refrigerate. When cool, top with "Cool Whip" or whipped cream.
