FUDGE CANDY 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. nuts, if desired
1 tbsp. vanilla

In a microwave dish (1 1/2 quart size), put the powdered sugar, cocoa and salt. Stir. Mix well. Add milk and melted butter. Mix well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Add vanilla. Stir. Add nuts, if desired. Stir. Place in refrigerator to set. When set, cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
