DEVILED EGGS 
Eggs
Mayonnaise
Pickle relish
Mustard
Onion salt
Pepper
Paprika

Boil and cool as many eggs as you will need for people to be served. When cool, peel and cut in half and remove yolk. Mash yolks, and add enough mayonnaise to moisten. Add a little drained pickle relish and yellow mustard. Use onion, salt to taste, also small amount of white or black pepper. Stuff hollowed out eggs. Chill at least 2 hours. sprinkle with paprika.
