HAMBURGER PIE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. Potato Buds
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. hamburger
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. mustard
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shredded cheddar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Salt, garlic salt & pepper

To make dough, combine 6 tablespoons butter, flour, 1/4 cup Potato Buds, sugar, cream of tartar and baking soda until resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and mayonnaise. Roll out 1/2 dough, fit to bottom of 9" pie pan or quiche plate.

FILLING: Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Stir in 1/4 cup Potato Buds, egg, relish, mustard, catsup and seasonings. Put 1/2 cheddar evenly on bottom dough, spread hamburger mixture over the cheese. Top with remaining cheese.

Top Dough: Roll out remaining dough, adjust to top; flute.

TOPPING: Melt 2 tablespoons butter, combine with 1/4 cup Potato Buds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be frozen before baking. Thaw before baking.
