CRAB BISQUE | |
1/2 lb. crab meat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. Half & Half 2 1/2 c. whole milk 1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. cooking sherry 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Mix soups with half & half and then whole milk. Add garlic salt and butter. Heat over low heat. Add crab and continue heating 5 minutes. Add cooking sherry and serve. Do not boil. |
