QUICK IRISH BREAD 
6 tbsp. butter
2 cups Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp. caraway seeds (optional)
3/4 cup milk

Heat oven at 375°F. Cut butter into Bisquick. Stir in sugar, raisins and caraway seeds. Slowly stir in milk with fork until blended. Put into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Cut an X in the middle. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
