2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili sauce

Brown meat. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer about 1 hour.
