KRAUT RELISH 
1 (16 oz.) jar kraut, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped carrot
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Serve with hot dogs, smoked sausage or pork. Yield 1 quart.
