TUNA CASSEROLE | |
2 flat cans tuna (solid pack white albacore) 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced 2 c. milk 2 cans mushroom soup Buttered cracker crumbs 1/4 tsp. salt 1 pkg. Creamettes, uncooked 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (optional) Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Mix well; place in 9x13 buttered casserole. Let stand covered in refrigerator for 24 hours. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yield 10-12 generous servings. |
