HERSHEY SYRUP BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 lb. can Hershey chocolate syrup
4 eggs
1 c. flour

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Use 12 x 19 inch pan greased and floured. Combine ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be thin. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING: Cook first 3 ingredients until it boils 1 minute. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pour over brownies.
