STRAWBERRY LEMONADE PUNCH 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
2 c. boiling water
20 oz. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
5 c. water
2 (6 oz.) cans pink lemonade concentrate (thawed, undiluted)
1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream

Combine sugar, peppermint flavoring and boiling water. Add strawberries after blenderizing, water and lemonade. Stir well and chill. Spoon in ice cream just before serving. Yields 4 1/2 quarts.
