SQUASH AND GREEN CHILI | |
4 summer squash 1 sm. onion 1/2 c. milk 1 sm. can chopped green chili 1 c. grated cheese Saute onion and thinly sliced squash in shortening until tender, about 20 minutes. Add milk and green chilies; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; add cheese. |
