HASHED BROWN POTATOES CASSEROLE 
24 oz. Ore-Ida Hashed brown potatoes, defrosted and squeezed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all together; spread in 13 x 9 greased pan. Cover with: 2 cups chopped cornflakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered; 10 minutes uncovered.
