RICE PILAF 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. rice (not Minute Rice I use UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice)
6 to 8 fresh green onions, stalk and all cut up
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans beef broth (14 oz.) each
1/2 can water
1 med. or lg. can sliced mushrooms

Melt butter in large skillet, add remaining ingredients and cook (simmer) covered, until rice is tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
