FRESH FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 c. blueberries
2 c. seedless green grapes
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant banana pudding
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Layer pineapple chunks, sliced strawberries, blueberries and grapes in large glass bowl. Whip pudding, milk and sour cream together for 2 minutes. Stir in crushed pineapple. Spoon over fruit to within 1 inch of bowl. Refrigerate. Note: I use skim milk, plain yogurt and sugar free instant pudding.
