2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Sift flour and sugar in bowl. Combine butter, cocoa, and Coke in saucepan. Bring to boil and pour over flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, salt, soda, eggs, marshmallows, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly with spoon. Do not use electric mixer. Batter will be thin and marshmallows will float to top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan.

ICING:

Bring to boil 1 stick butter, 6 tablespoons Coke, 2 tablespoons cocoa. Pour over 1 pound powdered sugar. You can also add 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until smooth by hand. Pour over cake while hot.
