SPIRITED FUDGE SAUCE 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/3 c. almond, coffee, mint or orange flavored liqueur

1. In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt chips and butter; stir in sweetened condensed milk. Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened. Stir in liqueur.

2. Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Garnish as desired with chopped nuts, toasted coconut or maraschino cherries. Store covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

Note: To reheat, combine desired amount of sauce with a small amount of water in a small saucepan. Over low heat, heat, stirring constantly.
