SAUSAGE STEW 
4 c. water
2 lb. sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
1 can Great Northern beans
2 medium potatoes
1 green pepper
2 onions
1 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook and drain sausage. Add all ingredients to pot. Cook until potatoes are done. Remove bay leaf.
