CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Salt
Pepper

TOPPING:

1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Cook chicken, debone and cut into bite size pieces. Place chicken in a greased 9"x13" dish. Mix soups, broth, milk and pour over chicken. Mix topping and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Cook 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Cover with foil if begins to brown too quickly. Freezes well.
