LEMON BARBEQUED CHICKEN 
1-2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 c. melted butter
1 sm. onion, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. thyme

Cut chicken up. Marinate in barbecue mixture for several hours. Broil chicken pieces, turning and brushing often with marinade until done. Yield 4 servings. Very good!
