HOMEMADE CHILI 
2-3 lb. lean chop meat
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sweet sausage
1 lg. Spanish onion, chopped
3-4 pieces fresh garlic, chopped
1 lg. (22 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley
1 lg. can (19 oz.) cannellini beans
Olive oil
1 tsp. crushed red peppers

Brown chop meat in a little olive oil; drain off grease. Take sausages out of casing. Brown slightly. Add beans last hour. Add all other ingredients in large heavy pot; stir well and simmer for 3 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked hot rice or alone, excellent for over hot dogs. Freezes well. Great at picnics.
