VEGETABLE PIE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. plain yogurt

FILLING:

2 c. finely chopped broccoli
1/3 c. diced onion
1 c. grated cheese
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. basil

Cut butter into flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt to this crumbly mixture. Pat the dough into a greased 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Lay filling over crust in order given. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
